While the author resides and is experienced in Illinois, there is a lot of insight that applies across the board. This book is easy to read and very helpful to our ownership.. condo book by Shifrin excellent book. just what I needed since I just got elected to my condo board. recommended reading for anyone either on a board or running for a board
