From the get go the reader is thrust into the void along with Vatic, whom you can't help but like and sympathise with. You find yourself wanting more as the story progresses. I must say I was a little sad to see the story come to a close. This un-put-down-able book will have you reading late into the night, the well-developed characters are diverse, authentic and intriguing; you can't help but get sucked into the thrilling Sci-Fi ride.
