Well Written, Worth the price This was one of my 9 textbooks for a graduate Advanced Project Management course at Florida State University. It was the only book that I have read on the Project Management Maturity Model. That aside, it is laid out well, is easy to understand, and is small and compact enough to take with you. I have read this through once and have it out on my desk as a continual reference. I am working to create a PMO at my office and. This book needs a facelift. The information contained therein is invaluable and Kerzner is revered in the field of PM. It is extremely boring to look at even though the information is engaging and well-developed.
