Ms. Mahon not only tells her story but has filled the book with concrete and practical ideas and suggestions on how we can transform our way of eating, thinking, and avoid bingeing (any compulsive behavior) in ways that are so helpful. Hers is a transformation that can. "Love it" according to Sunshine. I love this book. Annie is honest, authentic and simply delightful as she navigates her relationships with kids, food, relationships and life. It allowed me to embrace a new level of self compassion. I read it cover to cover.. Get this wonderful book!
