Very Informative As a personal trainer, I am often faced with clients who have just finished rehabilitation in some form or another. This book allows me to understand the possible causes and implications of their concern being addressed. This is an excellent source describing the progressions and stages of rehabilitation. Detailed information and illustrations are included to cover post-operative, clinition (or machine) assisted motion, self induced motion, and maintenance.. A wonderful book adn a MUST HAVE for any one in PT pratice I use this book in my physical therapy pratice all the time. It's a great quick refrence book. Any student PT or PTA should get this book if its required or not. It had wonderful pictures and great directions. It's very helpful in understanding therapudic exercise.. Good book! Lets.Be.Reasonable. This is one of the best Thera Ex books out there. It was good more than a decade ago. It's still good now.
