you're feeling relaxed. brilliantly written and easily understood techniques and methods a pleasure to read and as a working manual I can refer back to over and over. Nice book Isabella Valentine - IsabellaValentine.com This is a lovely hypnosis book which covers all the basics of hypnosis, but lacks extra time to discuss phrasing of specific words. It discusses everything you need to know about hypnosis and is GREAT for beginners, but advanced hypnotists probably will skip many pages. Many things have been discussed in many other hypnosis books, so it was kind of like, "Been there, done that." But that's just me. If you're an ADVANCED hypnotist, this book may not really teach . Mark said Great Method!. This book and its method is utilized by American Pacific University or AmPac for its Accelerated Hypnotherapy Certification program. I recommend both the book and the training. Essentially if one follows the simplistic and straightforward program, a moderate state of hypnosis is almost inevitably achieved in just about any subject! You cannot go wrong.
