Beautiful pictures, faithful retelling Like any dePaola book "The Parables of Jesus" is beautifully illustrated. The author's rendition of the Parables is true to the Bible and easy for children to understand. It is my favorite resource for teaching the parables to my kids' preschool playgroup.
