John Holmes loves dogs and his book is essential for anybody who shares this love.. they have special challenges to resolve for the best outcome. I would advise this for anyone whose Tuquoise I had another book given away to a friend. I bought this book to keep in my library. I value the info most on the traits of the feral dog that inluences the domesticated dog. It helped me understand the feral dog traits that I was able to help many dogs w/ high feral blood come home safely. When dogs w/ high feral blood are lost/missing, they have special challenges to resolve for the best outcome. I would advise this for anyone whose mission is animal communication. Not all animal communicators will deal w/ lost/missing dogs which can be very challenging & stress for all the parties involved.. This is a good companion- old book but still full of commonsense H. A. Kerrod I have owned Holmes's "The Obedient Dog" for a couple of decades and it is my go-to for the basics. This is a good companion- old book but still full of commonsense, particularly in the earlier chapters on choosing a dog.
