However, the good news is that the no-frills advice and schedules are comprehensive and easy to follow.There is such a wealth of good information packed into this book that you will find it a handy go to reference as you progre. The formatting of the book (at least in the kindle version) is horrible.There is good information about transitions and other aspects of the race and preparing but there isn't anything new, insightful, or that can't be found for free online.
