Great Book, love the concept but not practical in this labor environment Stephen G. Sombrotto Great Read, especially for anyone in the labor movement. Concept is outstanding, but in todays NLRB I can not see them processing a 8@5 refusal to bargain charge against an employer who refuses to speak or negotiate with a minority union.
