An interesting perspective! Amazon Customer It's a very interesting perspective. "Do you know what your mother eat?" (Mother, here has a very broad sense) His analysis on the human cellular function is also interesting "everything is electrical". Didn't know that carrot was created in the lab until I read his book! The 3 month [water] fasting story was mind blowing!! However, there are quite a lot of claims and assertions in this book that I find a bit too far fetched. Although sometimes hard to follow in total clarity due to verbal communication challenges, strong messages include: organic unAltered foods are key to healing. Real herbs (no hybrid) are powerful and give life. Any thing acidic is not healthy and not natural. Lost of natural health brings brokenness in all other parts of life . Today prestige with no real results has hoodwinked us all, even good intentioned. The path is simple, find it and follow for yourself. I gave this book three stars because of the grammar. I had to review the material twice to understand what I was reading. With that said, it was very informative and it took the reader on a journey of what Dr. Sebi discovered, about living a better and health life in spite of modern medicine.
