A Wonderful Birthday Gift Redhead I bought this book for my Mother for her birthday. She just loves it and has already painted 4 of the projects from the book. In fact she is working on a rose pattern this morning. Being that I don't paint I will let her tell you what she thinks. This is one. Jenkins definitely has flower-power! I have never seen anyone paint flowers like Gary Jenkins does. He makes it look so easy. Towards the back of the book is a fish painting where he has used a special technique with compressed air. During his long 35+ year professional career, Gary has demonstrated at many major art conventions, shown in some of the most well-known art galleries in California, had many of his original paintings put into print and sold internationally. Currently, Kathwren is writing more books and planning new television series. This television show, called ""Jenkins Art Studio"", aired on about 130 television stations annually, for over 16 years, making it the longest running art show to produce new series each year. .
