Not what I had hoped I purchased this book to gain information on the Rice Flour Market for the purposes of selling rice flour. This books only contains estimations of values. It gives no insight on the rice flour market in relation to who is buying and what specifications and it is not even possible to work out volumes as no indicative price is given.I accept that the book was not written to give any insight on rice flour, only to be a statistical exercise, but this had not been made clear in the summary.Hopefully this review will prevent anyone else doing the same.
