CardinalNest said Do not waste your money!. I used this book for a graduate level endocrine physiology course. This is one of those books that put you to sleep after reading 1 page. It's written by several authors each with a different style. The diagrams and drawings are sloppy to say the least (very cartoonistic) and they seem as if they were made in a hurry. There are many other books in the subject that are far better. Andrea Stephenson said Solid.. This book covers the endocrine system in a completely acceptable manner. I got more use out of my notes from the class though.. Kevin said Read only a little bit. However, the business providing this book was a life saver. I borrowed this book, that was cherished by that person, and I spilled stuff on it. Surprisingly, I found an exact (perfect)copy; when I received the book, it was as the distributor said immaculate! But, for the book itself, I can't be of any help.
