Assiduities parker I like it when a writer challenges my vocabulary and a learning experience is presented. I also enjoy it when a word is used in it's most original, and sometimes archaic, definition. That being said, the overuse of "assiduity" and its variants got old very quickly.The story itself is like some men. Lots of quick action with inadequate foreplay.. great read Amazon Customer A fascinating story, erotic too. It had me turning the pages, but backwards to savour some of those exquisite moments again. Five stars!. Captivating Excellent book. The atmospheric dreamlike prose is so captivating. I could not put it down and I look forward to reading the next two.
