DESCRIPTION:

"This book is the best primer I've found for new sewist/sewers/seamstress" according to FieryPhoenix. After buying my first machine six months ago and this book five months ago, my sewing skills have really blossomed. I don't want you to assume I didn't seek out blogs, YouTube & other sources of information, but THIS book is the first place to look. Diana's writing style is very clear and conversational. Breezy Easy Wrap Skirt not well enough explained, IMHO Jimmy C I'm finding the explanation of instructions on making the Breezy Easy Wrap Skirt to be lacking in specificity. I have used Diana's video course through Craftsy to make the Naughty Secretary Skirt, and there too I ran into trouble towards the end and my wife, who knows how to sew very well, helped me out. This book was recommended to me as a good "sewing 101" book Edward B. This book was recommended to me as a good "sewing 101" book. I have just begun reading the book and am happy with it so far. The quality is good: hard cover and spiral-bound pages. The layout is open and inviting, colorful and lots of pictures. As a beginning sewer these things are important! The author
