One of the most wasteful products I have ever seen Nathan Klein The concept, photography, and execution of this book (and the other David Ellwand books) is fantastic. My daughter loves these books.However, I'm incredulous at the idea that you simply throw the entire book away and get another one, when all that really needs to be replaced is three small watch batteries. This is one of the most wasteful concepts I have. Battery died very quickly The battery died very quickly (within a couple of weeks) on this book. Very disappointing for my boys. They still love the book but get frustrated trying to get the tune to play. There have been a couple of temper tantrums over this!. "Fantastic Set of Books" according to Travis J. Biggar. At first they were just another set of books to him and he preferred Goodnight Moon before bedtime. Now he grabs all three these from his shelf and we read all of them.
