The Focus is on Mindset, Not History or Practice Even though I gained great insight from reading this book, I'm giving it three stars, because I want to emphasize in this review both what it does and what it does not do.The author of this book states at the outset that his purpose in writing it is to help readers understand the Spirit of the religion. As such, it deals almost entirely with the abstract nature of each of the religions. It plumbs the regions of the heart and mind.
