Nice little pamphlet Nice little pamphlet, although it was not exactly what I was looking for. Good food for thought, but very little to help you perform any of this practically. The descriptions are alright, but it would definitely benefit from more visual aids. It is a good start, but perhaps the rest of the manuals and workbooks will prove more helpful.
