Great Book! Jessica I have troubles and anxiety when it comes to talking to big groups of people and this book made me understand it is mostly attitude. the author gives practical advice that can be implemented right away but it's mostly about your mindset that makes you confident when speaking to an audience. 5 stars for sure, recommended. Good quick read Basic skills that are beneficial. Would recommend to others seeking an entry guidance on public speaking. Practice makes better and this book helps understanding the basic principals.
