Very solid prep for the PHR/SPHR certification exam. Excellent. DR-J-J I am seeing this Exam Prep software and book being "dissed" because it is "not for 2013." Fiddle faddle. Of course it is for 2013. What this book has been based upon is the SPHR Body of Knowledge developed in 2012. Just google that and you will find a very fine list from the organization's website of the "Body of Knowledge". These things don't change all the time. "Read twice in three weeks!! PASS!!!" according to Tiffany. This was my only tool. I simply read the book and took notes. It is wordy and sometimes hard to read BUT, it has what you need in order to pass.
