It could use more pictures of where everything is at in Photoshop. I'm running Photoshop on a PC so the tool tips doesn't work on most items which on the MAC the tool tips work fine. I went to Edit Preferences and the tool tips is checked on the PC. I would have preferred a CD with the book that would have given me some exercises. The book says it has a website but I haven't had the time to check it out. Good Luck.. "More of a reference book than a read straight through" according to DigitalMan. I think this is a really well written book. I use it more as a reference book than something to read just straight through. The author writes very clearly and gives good step by step instructions. It has already helped me get through two topics that were always very difficult for me to understand, specifically layer masks and printing. I have referred to is several times more since then.
