It has a lot of positive information to help children through life.I love that it is written for children, but is also useful for adults.I hope one day to share this series with my children.. Perfect for School Aged Kiddos! This is a wonderful book that is a part of an amazing series! I have a pre-teen daughter. She was able to read this book, and understand and apply its techniques. We were also able to go through it together. It was a great tool to open the conversation door! My two favorite points were the ones that highlighted how to know what tour strong points are and the rule of self confidence. Also, I love that there are real stories throughout.
