I read through this book twice and took notes and when I went to take a practice series 6 exam I didn't do too well. The book itself is written well, but I tend to learn better with more technical items rather than a "plain english" version. I know I ordered the plain english, and that would be my bad - it's also why I'm giving the bo. I wouldn't have been able to pass the 6 without Marianne Voutour I wouldn't have been able to pass the 6 without this book. It truly dumbs down the material. I was using Kaplan book and it was SOOOO dry and nothing was registering with me. This book saved me!. SFPilot said Five Stars. Well written and easy to follow. A real asset.
