She has equiped me with words and thoughts I speak over myself when I want to go back to my old habit of using (too much) food for comfort.If you struggle with overeating ( not just sugar) this book is for you.Warning: there's a little plot twist at the end that will encoura. Had to write a review I bought the book, started reading it. and Holly Cow its just fluff, my mind grew tired of it after reading it a while, i gave it multiple chances but there was nothing there. the only useful thing i read was that you should substitute comforting sugar sweets for conforting activities.
