Passed my Real Estate Test the first time b/c of this book Ces't La vie This book is well written and easy to understand. The questions in the end of every chapter are phenomenal because some of them appeared on the NY state exam.. "New York Real Estate for Salespersons" according to Francine Leeson. Although this is an older book it is packed with relevant information and practical exercises. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is planning to obtain their real estate license.
