Great book! I am so glad I found this book! It has helped me tremendously in my new start-up, online virtual admin business in juggling different client projects, keeping up with family obligations and every aspect of my life! Since reading and implementing the ideas in this book, my productivity has skyrocketed, I spend so much less time on working an. "Well worth reading" according to John Hayes. This book is complex in places,but it is justified as the brain is itself very complex.It was useful to understand the memory encoding and the difference between short-term and long-term memory.Wilhelm goes through the causes of memory loss.I have always known that it is important to exercise the brain mentally,but I hadn't appreciated the importance of diet ( look out for some surprises in the foods) and physical activity.There is something useful for all of us in this book.. Quick and Easy read, lots of information Euphonos I got this book in exchange for a fair and honest review and I must agree it is one of those best books with lots of information. The author has described the facts of how our brain functions and the chances of reducing the brain disorders if we try to adapt and change our life-style slightly; Nootropics, the key topic, the book revolves around and I was interested to learn more and get to know how herbal and natural supplements work wonders although they heal slowly; Add-on would be about Caffeine
