nice short book Krista T Cute book for a quick read to your little ones. I love the multi-cultural family featured in it! The books is very lyrical but my 5 and 2 yr olds need a bit more in their books. I'd recommend this for parents with kids 1.5 and younger.. A fun read This book is wonderfully written and is whimsically illustrated. With the text rolling and weaving through the pages they are fully illustrated, in what appears to be a bight water color style. The story follows a family through the fall season, as they help with a harvest, then attend a fair, spend time outside together enjoying life, nature and each other. My daughter loved it immediately and wanted to do some of the stuff in the story.. Nicole said Kindergartener's loved it!. THis is a book for Early Childhood teachers Pre-K-1st grade . It is very colorful and useful when I started my Fall Unit. I used this book as a resource in our classroom library and the kids love the pictures and colors used in this story.It is juvenile for the upper elementary but a perfect fit for my Kindergartener's!
