The problem begins on page 115 when it says enter WKInterfaceController.openParentApplicationThis does not work with Watch 2.0, the version that came out when the book was published. Spend a few minutes on Google and you learn that WKInterfaceController.openParentApplication is fully depreciated and. I started with fear that this books is already out of date in regards to the latest dev kit.
