"Outsmarting the Test Prep Book? REALLY??!!" according to Wendy L. Wegner. While the Kaplan CSET prep book includes a lot of great information in a nicely summarized fashion, it feels incredibly haphazardly thrown together -- there are TYPOS EVERYWHERE. I couldn't go a few pages without finding a new typo. It upset me so much (not only annoying and careless, but it often caused me to have to reread passages. Better than Cliff Notes but not by much Colleen J. Schaffer My advice is not to waste time and money on these guides or at the very least use them as a starting point. Don't make the mistake of just using study guides to pass the CSET. Take a prep class and research on specific topics that you are having problems with. The actual test is much more difficult than any guide could prepare you fo. Excellent! Charles Conlin This is interesting stuff! I only had a week to study, and I passed because of this book. Had I had more time, I would have studied more, and the time would not have been wasted.The authors know what you need to learn to pass the CSET multiple subjects tests, and they present the material well.
