I was totally new to Ayurveda and love this book Ben I was totally new to Ayurveda and love this book! I was shocked at how much it all makes sense and resonated with me. The author does a great job at boiling down how to use Ayurveda practices in everyday life. I will finally not feel guilty for the fact that I hate salads and have never wanted to eat them! In all seriousness, I can happily say I've easily been able to incorporate a lot of the practices and it really has made me a better me.. HS said I love this book. I love this book! I am about to start my second year of an Ayurvedic Practitioner program and this book is such a great book to read to reinforce things taught in the program and see it as an excellent tool for lifestyle coaches and practitioners. The descriptions and comparisons are very helpful and I enjoy the playful nature of the book. My 10 year old daughter is very interested in Mommy's work and also enjoyed looking at your book :).
