Title is very misleading YES, the book is good. I would not argue that. It provides a great roadmap for starting a social media campaign, as well as measuring its success. However, absolutely nothing focused on MAKING MONEY. There were hints that someone viewing your tweets may eventually buy . Practical, no nonsense guide to building and running a successful social media campaign Christian K Insightful read with lots of good examples on what it takes to put together a successful social media campaign. Overall, I found the recommendations helpful. I also liked the layout of the book. At the end of each chapter, Jamie and Reshma provided a summary on what wa. The information is based on real case studies, which is the only way a book like this should be presented.
