Good Little Book for Undergrad Students Often times, academics (especially historians) have a tendency to over-complicate causal factors and confuse students with historiography debates. This book makes a great addendum for undergraduate students to better grasp the complex web of Nazi Germany. It is certainly not a textbook or a substitute thereof; however, it is an excellent synopsis that will quickly bring this era of German history into clearer . A good overview I read this book as part of an undergrad class and it was very beneficial. It gave a nice, detailed overview of the period without being dull or dragging. Paired well with the lectures and allowed me to go back and reread the sections that I had a little more trouble understanding. Would recommend for anyone taking a class about WWII or Nazi Germany or any related subject.
