"Great Book" according to Dawn Dalby. For anyone looking to learn about bodybuilding this a great book. Easy to read and follow very informative thank you.. Worth 99 cents what I paid but definitely NOT worth $9.21 what it's supposed to go up to! CharlieBOOKFAN Worth 99 cents what I just paid for it on sale but definitely NOT worth $9.21 what it supposedly normally goes for in my opinion, the exercises, information and various routines seem fine and good but the book is laid out sloppy, lot's of types and the drawings of the exercises towards the back are either not very clear or not even there at all and completely black for some reason on my kindle version which is really odd, something went wrong when they put it out or hopefully they do an update which fixes this, I haven't read the whole book yet but these are my initial thoughts on it.. "Fantastic" according to Amazon Customer. Great book well worth the price. This book provides an enormous amount of training routines and the exercises to go with it. Great for competitive body builders
