I have other books from this author and am always happy with the products I purchase.. new mom said Great book! My son's favorite. This is a wonderful book. It is soft and good quality. The book opens as a long piece of fabric that is folded accordian style as opposed to a standard book layout (although you can still "turn" the pages). It is my son's favorite book. He hugs it, wraps himself up in it, drapes it over himself, eats it and of course reads it. When he was very young I would stand it up on the ground accordian style for something to look at during tummy time. Although it is only supposed to be wiped clean, I have put it in the washing machine several times and hung to dry.. "Sweet bookperfect for the bedtime routine" according to Terrapin Fan.
