I liked how Batya was afraid of losing her independence under the dominance of an alpha mate, only to later realize her fear was being amplified by evil. I thought Derry was a complete jerk, but his character even won me over when he was fighting for his mate. I have slowly been reading my way through this series, and I have thoroughly enjoyed each book.. "the saga continues!" according to Dark Lolita. Dude I'm so glad Ms. Dixie continued this story line! I was hoping she would but when I didn't see anything for awhile I gave up hope. But then I just stumbled upon this and the love goddess one and got super excited to see them. I read them both in 2 days and felt very satisfied. I can't wait for the next one! My only problem with the books were I wish there was more dialogue from Lexi and h
