Very well translated Gogol I have seen a few editions of the riyad as-salihin translated into English the worst of these being a 2 volume translation I think published by Kazi of which the English is so poor it is unreadable. This edition is by far the best. Easy to read and flowing, the only downside is that there is no side by side Arabic which is usual in Hadith books translated to English.. Beautiful life and teachings easily accessible Assalamu Alaikum;I like this collection because it has very relevant and interesting subject matters which the Hadiths fall under. I reccomend them because the array of sources are numerous and sahih, of course. Some of the wording of the translation can be a bit tricky, but is quickly understood if read again with patience and effort.. "Gardens of the Righteous" according to Mehdi A Qamar. An assorted selection of ahadis on various disciplins. It is a useful book, thought provoking, consisted of wise directions of the Holy Prophet of Islam ( PBUH)
