The ethics exercises, hypothetical client needs exercises, practice exercises for every chapter, and forms in the appendix are all fantastic/brilliant.This is a must need tool for case management.. "Great Case Management Text" according to Mendel Mordecai. As a former clinician I find the book realistic and one that I wish I had used when I obtained my MSW. There are some shorter books that are very good but none with the depth and breadth of this particular work. I use this book for half of a semester in conjunction with another text that covers psychotropic medication so it has to have some staying power. I used the previous edition and continue with this edition which has improved teaching aides. The PowerPoints are actually usable as is the test bank and that is most certainly not always the case.
