Don' waste your money!! Amazon Customer This book did nothing to improve MCMAP. All it did was attempt to turn the Marine Corp program into a substandard karate system. I ended up trading this and the second volume to the used book store for something more useful. If you are interested in an effective combatives program don't buy this book.
