I also coached rowing for a short time, and track and field.I wanted to review the book after finding Mr. El-Hewie has 57 book reviews on Amazon.com, many less than flattering. But he writes them honestly. So I wanted to see how good his book is. Its a bit difficult, but very good. Packed with information. I've looked at many other books at the library, but bought few. At the moment. One of the best books to have as a reference even for a woman of any age (even 75 years old.)
