I understand Spansih: however, the head does not think fast enough. And my mentor, who only spoke Spanish when she arrived from Mexico, has excellent English. She speaks English to me and I, very slowly speak Spanish to her.I have tapes and many, many other books. There is even a Spanish-speaking group that meets to improve speaking Spanish.
