My grandchildren think it's pretty cool that I worked in a steel mill but this book doesn't quite tell the story of the slag or the 2000+ degree iron that came out of the six furnaces. If you were in 'da 'Burgh in the 1970's and 1980's, this book will ring very true and bring back memories, even if you never set foot inside a mill. Beautifully shot and printed, it recalls an awesome and awful beauty that was the steel industry in Pittsburgh.
