Dr. Weil's advice -- and his recipes -- are wonderful. He's made me realize how confused I was about the relative nutritional and health value of the food I eat. His plan seems to be wise and useful. I plan to follow it in order to lose 20 pounds as well as to boost my immune system, and, hopefully, add a few healthy years to my life. And, what's especially cool is that he invit. Hey! We're not all biochemists! Music City Sue I almost didn't buy this book after reading some of the reviews here on Amazon. I'm not a novice in nutrition, and the reviews led me to believe this book wouldn't be of help, that it was too basic, not deep enough. Yes, it's a good introduction to those new to the field, but there was enough new for me to help me adjust my
