Highly recommend for leadership training Parrothead If you are looking for some inspiration in leadership, look no further. This book is such an easy read. I am not a huge fan of self help books but it was recommended by my boss. I read it in a matter of hours and took thorough notes. Some of it is common sense that we just need to be reminded of. It has truly catapulted my lateral leadership at work and positive thinking in daily life. The book came in perfect condition and I have since passed on to a friend.. Maxwell again at his finest with leadership I cannot get enough of Maxwell's books. This book is no different from the others in that it shows Maxwell's knowledge with leadership and he explains in detail how following his principles in this book will guide you on your way to being a great leader. This is another one of his great books that I recccomend anyone inspiring to be a leader have on their shelf.. "An Excellent Analysis on the Importance of Leadership" according to Nathan Smail. To be perfectly honest, reading this book was a very uncertain (perhaps wild) choice for me. When assigned to read a book for a class based on fundamentals of leadership and/or small group communication, I chose this book on the Amazon.com website because it was the one that might be the most relatable and interesting to me as a college student. Theoretically, I could have opened it to discover a piece of literature wrapped in boredom and unsubstantiated generalizations regarding lead
