"Great novel" according to Josie. Just a wonderful part of our past as displayed in this novel as well as the first in series. I devoured it. Couldn't put it down. Can't wait for rest to follow.. This book doesn't drag on, its fast paced with adventure and great action scenes. When reading the scenes of Sero and Nicolas together their passionate devotion for one another makes sparks. The first book in this series got off to a rather slow start, but about a-quarter of the,way in began to get good.This second book in the series takes up immediately where the first one left off, so there is no rehashing the plot.
