Just read this book and watched the dvd with my 2 children, ages 2 & 5. My 5 year old daughter was very hesitant to watch the dvd since she thought crocodiles were scary, but once we put it on, she loved it. When it was over she asked to immediately watch it again! My 2 year old son loved it as well. I wish more of his books came with dvd's because this was very well done, even with a cute guitar song at the end by Arnosky. It also shows how to draw crocodiles & other animals too, and really inspired us
