Get B.A. in a nut shell K. Schwab This is a very dense subject. The book is very helpful to build upon a foundation of B.A. law. If you are lacking this foundation I suggest getting a study help.. Was Not a Fan This book is not laid out as well as some of their other titles. The problems are ill-placed and there is too little introductory text. This will only be a good text for classes where UBOs/Partnerships are also covered. However, the cases are well-edited and I did not find myself reading them on Lexis/WL as much as usual.. Five Stars I can't believe the quality and the price. Will definitely purchase again.
