Scott said Great Accounting Textbook. I used this textbook in my first accounting class. The book was easy to read and the problems at the end of the chapter were not too difficult but helped me understand the material better. There were a number of errors in the text and problems but most of them were obvious and easy to see. It would have been nice for the editor to catch these before printing.. D said Horrible. Worst book possible. Half of the question in the book do not even focus on the chapter. It covers things that should have in one chapter, (talks about something in one chapter then the question is in another and not even spoken about in that chapter. It can get a little confusing, this accounting stuff, but this book uses a lot of examples and has a lot of practice at the end of each chapter.
