Five Stars Jeff East Very good book if you are planning to work with people. "Essential reading!" according to roundtable. This is a must-read book for anyone learning to become a coach. It is clearly written, readable, comprehensive and informative. Lots of great tips, very little jargon or waffle. I have read it through twice. Great stuff!. theoretical and practical JAM This book provides a broad theoretical basis for coaching with valuable practical tips to note, pitfalls to avoid and case studies to examine. Jenny Rogers' writing style is candid and fluid, but the content really engages. I am reading this as part of a coaching certification program, and veteran and new coaches alike are voicing tremendous value in this book, both in our coaching but also in our own self-awareness.
