Not Chirelstein, but it will help you understand Discovery+Summary Judgment In my opinion, it isnt as innovative or humorously written as Chirelstein's Contracts supplement from the same series- but making Discovery and Summary Judgment easily digestible is a pretty good feat and worth the price of admission alone. So far the 2nd best in the concepts and insights series . "Better than Glannon's" according to Blah. Unlike most people, I didn't really like the Glannon Examples and Explanations in Civil Procedure book. I found this book much clearer and easier to read (it didn't put me to sleep like Glannon). If you don't like Glannon or you are just totally lost in Civil Procedure this book is an excellent p
